## A Flower to Myself –
#Poetry

A New Day.. Today
I have gifted a rose to Myself
Try doing that to Your self
Let the Poison flow
And the strength grow
See the sky beyond the bars of Cage
Break free of chains around
Make your mind a sage
Hey You, Have a date with you
Because
All Journeys end up with in you
###### Expl.ai.ner Note
This poem is a celebration of self-renewal, resilience, and liberation. It begins with the simple yet profound act of gifting oneself a flower—a symbol of mending brokenness and embracing life again. The act is both personal and universal, inviting readers to reflect on their own inner struggles and victories.
The poem contrasts the marks of time on the body (“wrinkles of time”) and the shackles of societal constraints (“chains on the mind”) with the possibility of breaking free. For a collective raised within cages of limitations, the gift of a “new sky” represents hope, freedom, and infinite possibilities.
This piece isn’t just about individual healing; it’s about empowering the self to transcend barriers and find inner peace. It encourages a moment of introspection, urging the reader to reconnect with themselves, celebrate their journey, and find strength in their scars.
