## Boiling Ocean of Mumbai - उबलता समंदर #Poetry ![[Pub-boiling-ocean-mumbai.webp|400]] जब दो जोड़ा आंखें.. सपने बुन रही थीं.. समंदर चुप था ‘चिल्लर’ की भूख, मवाली का दबदबा दारू की मस्ती रिश्वतखोर ख़ाकी बेईमान टोपी सब देखता था समंदर पर चुप रहता था लेकिन बीती रात समंदर ने सुनी एक शहर की ख़ामोशी देखी कैमरों की भीड़ चिकने चुपड़े लोग सिर के बजाय मुंह ढकती टोपियां और देखा जलता हुआ एक सुर्ख फूल वहीं किनारे पर गोलियों से उधड़े मन बयान दे रहे थे और चुपचाप सबकुछ सुनने वाला समंदर उबल रहा था ##### Context Note The sea stands as witness. Petty hunger, petty power, petty corruption — it absorbs them all in silence. But there comes a night when silence overhears too much. The burning shore, the cameras, the statements — and the sea begins to boil. Not with water, but with accumulated witnessing. 2009 %% Boiling Ocean is a Poem on 26/11 Mumbai Attacks, Telecasted in 2014 in DNA \(Daily News & Analysis\) which is India’s Most Loved News Show. \(Weekdays & Saturday 9 Pm on Zee News\).
