## Poetic Parade - गणतंत्र दिवस की काव्य परेड

गणतंत्र को देखने के कई तरीक़े हैं.. कई लेंस हैं.. कई फ़िल्टर हैं..
1950 में गणतंत्र दिवस कैसे मनाया गया था ? इस संदर्भ में British Pathe का पौने चार मिनट का एक वीडियो मिला। इसमें दरबार हॉल में ली गई शपथ से लेकर.. उस जगह तक की तस्वीरें हैं जहां गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह हुआ था। उस जगह को आज मेजर ध्यान चंद नेशनल स्टेडियम कहते हैं। इस वीडियो में उस दौर के नये नये आज़ाद हुए… नाज़ुक भारत की उम्मीदें हैं।

तब रियासतों का विलय हुआ था, अंग्रेज़ों द्वारा बाँटे जाने के बाद देश एक सूत्र में बंधकर रहना सीख रहा था। इस वीडियो में दिख रही भीड़ को तब लगा होगा कि आगे देश में सिर्फ लोगों की रियासत होगी.. राजा और प्रजा वाली फ़ीलिंग चली जाएगी।
दरअसल गणतंत्र का उत्सव राजतंत्र की शोकसभा से उपजा है। जब रियासतों का ग़ुरूर चूर चूर होता है.. जब गुलामों और कर्मचारियों की भीड़ अपने शासक की आरामगाह में आकर बराबरी से बैठ जाती है.. तब एक राष्ट्र करवट लेता है और गणतंत्र के रूप में खुद को व्यवस्थित करता है। हालाँकि ये स्थिति ज़्यादा देर तक नहीं रहती। लोकतंत्र और गणतंत्र के भीतर ही नई रियासतें बन जाती हैं.. नये शासक आ जाते हैं.. हर चीज़ के बँटवारे और वितरण में असमानता आ जाती है। सिर्फ एक प्रतिशत लोगों की मुठ्ठी में इरेज़र होता है और वो 99 प्रतिशत लोगों की भाग्य रेखा को मिटाने या धुंधला करने में जुटे रहते हैं।
ऐसे में सिर्फ एक दिन गणतंत्र दिवस की छुट्टी मनाने से काम नहीं चलता.. गणतंत्र को दिवस से आज़ाद करके फैलाने की ज़रूरत होती है।

रियासतों की चूड़ियाँ
लोग बार-बार तोड़ेंगे
अगले संविधान में
राजाओं की शोकसभा
प्रस्तावना में लिखी होगी
##### झांकी
राष्ट्र के सत्य
झांकी बनकर निकलते आए हैं
हर पथ पर
इन्होंने नहीं दी सलामी
किसी बड़े आदमी को
##### बाज़ार का संविधान
वो मशहूर हैं
फ़्रंट पेज पर हैं
पुरस्कृत भी..
एक मूंग-फली विक्रेता ने
बस थोड़ी देर पहले
उनके जीवन भर की
सधी हुई कामयाबी को
फाड़कर..
मोड़कर..
कोई चटपटी चीज़ दी है
अपने ग्राहक को
हर बाज़ार का
अपना अलग संविधान होता है

एक हाथ में सब कुछ.. दूसरा ख़ाली है
एक आँगन में दिन ही दिन.. दूजे में रात काली है
गणतंत्र को मैं दिवस से आज़ाद करता हूँ,
पूरे कैलेंडर को रोशनी से आबाद करता हूँ
