##### Expl.ai.ner Note
The poem starts with a visual metaphor of the office building as a Rubik’s Cube, suggesting complexity and continual change. The “powerful rooms” within are described as perpetually shifting, indicating the ever-changing nature of corporate hierarchies and the transient, sometimes unstable foundations of power within a business environment.
The people inhabiting these rooms mistakenly believe that they have stable, unchanging control (“power under their seats”), likening their offices to royal palaces that command fear and respect. This delusion highlights a common human error in overestimating one’s security and position in the corporate hierarchy.
However, the poem closes with a stark reminder of reality—these employees are merely servants (“mulazim”) to the system, and their seemingly secure positions are as precarious and manipulable as a child’s plaything. This serves as a critique of the illusory nature of power within the structured chaos of corporate life, emphasizing the vulnerability and impermanence of their roles.
